A Few of my Favorite Things...
Eight days postpartum and I am taking it literally one hour at a time. I come to realize mental notes of gratitude boost my mood. With that being said I figured why not go live with my gratitude and shout out a few of my favorite items making postpartum life a bit easier.
*I am not affiliated with any of the companies that are listed below. I paid for or was gifted the items by a friend.
Haakaa Breast Pump- Let me tell you. This is the best manual breast pump ever invented. It is a simple BPA free plastic that you suction on to your areola and watch as milk gushes out. If you are pumping and have trouble waking every 2-3 hours to pump, the Hakka is definitely an item that will come through in a crutch. No parts to assemble, just suction and go. Pure Jasmine Essential Oils- I stumbled across Jasmine oil as a must have for perinatal recovery while searching for oils to use during labor. Jasmine essential oil is safe to use if you are chest feeding. I found it is an excellent mood booster. I run my diffuser with the oil throughout the day. Simple Wishes LPlus Pumping Bra. This bra provides hands free pumping and has extended sizes. I spend 10mins on the pump and I have to move on to my next task. This bra is sturdy (Used it with my one year old) and helps me collect as much milk as possible in a 10 minute timespan.
